The indoor sessions are designed to promote and support social skills and awareness, emotional literacy and teamwork.

​Groups are small (maximum 6 young people) and multi age (primary or secondary). Sessions are planned termly and they include Cooking, creative activities and also martial arts and offsite visits to RISC which focus on sustainability and environmental education.
