Room hire varies by space and timing: Yi Room costs £750-£1,500, Li Room £1,250-£2,500, and Ren Room £4,000-£12,000 (all inclusive of VAT). Each space has a corresponding minimum food and beverage spend requirement that matches or exceeds the room hire cost. A 15% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills.

Yi Room accommodates maximum 12-15 guests at one oval table, Li Room holds up to 30 guests (22 at one oval table or 3 round tables of 10), and Ren Room can seat 100 guests at 10 round tables of 10 or accommodate 140-150 guests for standing receptions. All spaces are located on Level 34 with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The venue operates three time slots: Day (8:00-17:00), Evening (18:30-23:30), and Full Day hire (8:00-23:30). Access is typically provided 30 minutes before the official start time, and events must conclude by the designated end times.

Security is mandatory for events with 60+ guests at £120-£200 per security officer for up to 8 hours (pricing varies by event). One security officer is required per 60 guests to comply with property health and safety procedures.

Three-course meals start from £95 per person, canapés from £36 for a selection of 6 per person, and bowl food £12 per bowl (selection of 3 for £33 per person). Wine starts from £55 per bottle, Champagne from £110 per bottle, with soft drinks £6, beer £10, and mineral water £8 per bottle.

Some events require minimum bedroom bookings - typically 10 bedrooms minimum for certain dates or event types. Superior Shard rooms are available for £500 including VAT and one breakfast, with additional breakfasts at £20 per person for double occupancy.

Entertainment, décor, and audio-visual equipment must be externally hired at additional cost. The venue does not provide these services in-house, so clients must arrange and budget separately for any AV needs, decorations, or entertainment requirements.

All dietary requirements and food orders must be pre-ordered and confirmed two weeks before the event date. All guests must enjoy the same menu except for those with specific dietary requirements, which need advance notification.

Spaces are not automatically placed on hold when proposals are sent. Clients must specifically request to hold dates on option while making decisions. The venue requires confirmation within specified timeframes or enquiries are released from their system.

Weekend pricing can be reduced compared to weekday rates for certain events. The venue offers flexibility on weekend bookings and may provide discounted rates, particularly when combined with bedroom bookings or for less popular dates.
