Yi Room accommodates maximum 12-15 guests at one oval table, Li Room holds up to 30 guests (22 at one oval table or 3 round tables of 10), and Ren Room can seat 100 guests at 10 round tables of 10 or accommodate 140-150 guests for standing receptions. All spaces are located on Level 34 with floor-to-ceiling windows.
What are the standard operating time slots and access hours?
The venue operates three time slots: Day (8:00-17:00), Evening (18:30-23:30), and Full Day hire (8:00-23:30). Access is typically provided 30 minutes before the official start time, and events must conclude by the designated end times.

Security is mandatory for events with 60+ guests at £120-£200 per security officer for up to 8 hours (pricing varies by event). One security officer is required per 60 guests to comply with property health and safety procedures.
