Yi Room accommodates maximum 12 guests in boardroom style with one oval table. Ren Room capacity varies: maximum 50 guests boardroom/cabaret style, 100 guests at 10 round tables of 10, or 140-150 guests for standing receptions. Li Room holds maximum 30 guests standing, 22 guests at one oval table, or 3 round tables of 10 guests.

Security is mandatory for larger events at £120-£200 per security officer for up to 8 hours, with 1 officer required per 60 guests. This is a health and safety requirement that cannot be waived and must be factored into your event budget.

Spaces are not automatically placed on hold when quotes are provided. You must specifically request to hold a space on option. The venue follows up regularly and will release enquiries from their system if no response is received within specified timeframes, typically requiring confirmation within days of follow-up.

Some events require a minimum of 10 bedrooms to be booked alongside the event space. Superior Shard rooms are available for £500 including VAT and one breakfast, with additional breakfasts available for £20 per person for double occupancy.
