The venue accommodates 150 seated dinner dance, up to 300 for standing/informal dining, or 300 standing in the Main Hall and café plus an additional 300-400 in outdoor spaces. Maximum total capacity depends on your event layout and production plans.

You can use approved catering companies from their list or bring your own caterers subject to approval. Daily Delegate Rates start from £205-220 + VAT per person including breakfast, lunch, refreshments and venue hire. Indian catering is available through Preeti Catering who work at other Evolve venues.
