Frequently asked questions

Dry hire rates vary by duration and timing, ranging from £4,500 + VAT for 6-11pm events to £14,500 + VAT for 10-hour hires. Wedding dry hire is £12,000 + VAT. All bookings include exclusive use of the Main Hall, Café, Lodge, Courtyard, Walnut Grove and Healing Gardens.

The venue accommodates 150 seated dinner dance, up to 300 for standing/informal dining, or 300 standing in the Main Hall and café plus an additional 300-400 in outdoor spaces. Maximum total capacity depends on your event layout and production plans.

You can use approved catering companies from their list or bring your own caterers subject to approval. Daily Delegate Rates start from £205-220 + VAT per person including breakfast, lunch, refreshments and venue hire. Indian catering is available through Preeti Catering who work at other Evolve venues.

Security is mandatory and provided by Evolve at an additional cost. The exact hourly rate and minimum hours are not specified in available information, but it's required for all events and quoted separately from venue hire.
