Set within 20 acres of landscaped gardens, walnut groves and century-old plane trees in South Park, Fulham, our tranquil, modern sustainable venue is just 10 minutes from multiple train stations and from the River Thames. Ideal for corporate events, with a focus on wellbeing and community, our DDR packages include wellbeing activities and CSR options, with access to the Healing Garden. Combined with the Hall the Courtyard opens onto our walnut grove and terrace, perfect for away days, summer festivals, BBQs, receptions and food truck events with a capacity for 500 guests.

Frequently asked questions

Dry hire rates start from £4,500 + VAT for evening events (6-11pm) and range from £8,500-£14,500 + VAT per day depending on duration, timing, and specific requirements. Wedding dry hire is quoted at £12,000 + VAT. All bookings include exclusive access to indoor and outdoor facilities with security provided by Evolve.

The venue accommodates 150 seated dinner dance, up to 300 for standing/informal dining, or 300 standing in the Main Hall and cafe plus an additional 300-400 in outdoor spaces (Walnut Grove and Courtyard). Maximum total capacity is 500 guests when using all indoor and outdoor areas combined.

You can use approved external caterers including Preeti Catering for Indian cuisine, or choose from the venue's catering partners. The venue offers Daily Delegate Rate packages starting from £205-£220 + VAT per person including breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and venue hire. External catering requires approval from the venue.

Exclusive hire includes the Main Hall, Café, Lodge, Courtyard, Walnut Grove, and Healing Gardens. You have access to both indoor and outdoor facilities, with the outdoor spaces featuring landscaped gardens, century-old plane trees, and terrace areas perfect for ceremonies, receptions, and entertainment.

The venue has indicated they cannot accommodate enquiries with budgets below £1,200, and most events require significantly higher budgets. Wedding dry hire starts at £12,000 + VAT, while corporate events typically require £20,000+ budgets to be viable.

The venue includes 2 x 70-inch LED screens, 12 x 3-meter carpeted stage, lectern with microphone, Windows laptop, PA system with 2 speakers, radio microphones, stage lighting, and full VT & audio crew for setup and operation. All technical equipment is included in Daily Delegate Rate packages.

The venue allows amplified music and DJ setups, and can accommodate inflatables (from £950 + VAT per activity), garden games, and various entertainment options. However, no open fires or BBQs are permitted on-site. Security is mandatory and provided by Evolve at additional cost for certain events.

Dates can be held on 1st option by emailing the venue directly. A fully refundable damage deposit of £1,000-£1,200 + VAT is required. Viewings are available by appointment, and the venue offers wellbeing activities and CSR options as part of their packages.

The venue offers full ground-level accessibility throughout all spaces. Specific disability-friendly features include disabled toilets, and the venue can accommodate guests with mobility requirements across both indoor and outdoor areas.

Standard evening events run until 11pm, but extensions may be possible. Day events typically run 9am-5pm, while some packages offer access until 5am. Additional hours and late licenses are subject to approval and additional charges - contact the venue to discuss specific timing requirements.
