The Ground Floor has been recently refurbished, with plenty of natural light and large windows overlooking the beautiful views of Lincoln's Inn Fields. The space is the perfect cozy and intimate setup for dinner and drinks reception. Able to accommodate up to 50 guests for dinner and 60 guests in standing reception, this enchanting space provides a beautiful backdrop for any celebration.




Frequently asked questions

The Ground Floor dining space accommodates up to 50 guests for dinner and 60 guests for standing reception. For cabaret style seating, the maximum is 32 guests, while theatre style can accommodate up to 56 guests.

The Day Delegate Rate is £80+VAT per person with a minimum of 40 guests, including exclusive hire from 09:00-16:30, meals, refreshments, and AV equipment. Evening extensions from 16:30 onwards incur additional charges.

The venue requires an 80% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining 20% due 6 weeks prior to the event when planning takes place. No information was provided about holding deposits for provisional bookings.

The space includes a large plasma screen combined with Microsoft Windows, integrated camera, speaker and microphone unit providing up to 4K video, plus one microphone. All rooms use Clickshare facilities for wireless content sharing.

Nothing can be stuck on the walls in the event space, including blue tac for posters. Free-standing posters are permitted as an alternative, and flipcharts are available for hire at £25+VAT per flipchart.

Standard day hire runs from 09:00-16:30, with evening extensions available from 16:30 onwards. Event organizer access is typically provided from 8am for setup, though specific access arrangements should be confirmed when booking.

The Day Delegate Rate includes tea, coffee and pastries on arrival, mid-morning refreshments with fruit, sandwich lunch, and mid-afternoon tea and biscuits. Evening catering and drinks packages are available as add-ons for extended events.
