The versatile event space is a blank canvas, allowing you to shape it to your requirements: a large screen presentation, break-out spaces, team challenges - we've got you covered.

The space includes a balcony offering a stunning view of Harrods, plus exclusive use of the entire fully interactive museum. Guests are free to explore the museum in their own time and are guaranteed to leave with a smile on their faces and a phone full of incredible photos.




Frequently asked questions

Exclusive venue hire ranges from £3,000 to £18,600 including VAT depending on event duration and requirements. For example, 5-hour hire (5pm-10pm) costs £3,000, while extended hire (5pm-11:30pm) costs £18,600. The museum typically closes from 3pm onwards for event setup, which is included in the hire fee.

Catering is provided through external partners with costs starting from £6,400 including VAT. Options include finger food/canapés, bowl food menus, and drinks packages ranging from £12-£20 per person. For 75 people, canapé menus cost £8,078.40 and bowl food menus cost £8,705.40 including VAT.

AV equipment is provided by external suppliers starting from £1,000 including VAT. Full DJ setups cost from £5,000 including VAT. Standard packages include microphones, screens/monitors, PA systems, and DJ booths. The venue has an existing stage that can be utilized for presentations.

The venue can accommodate up to 250 guests maximum for standing receptions and corporate events. Most corporate events quoted range from 25-170 people, with the Main Atrium being the primary space for larger gatherings.

Events typically run from 5pm-11pm, with client access from 5pm and the museum closing from 3pm for setup. Extended events can run until 11:30pm or midnight with additional costs. AV suppliers may require access from 3pm for technical setup.

The venue offers the Main Atrium for larger events and the Dragons Nest Room for smaller gatherings or breakout sessions. Events can utilize multiple spaces, such as starting in the Dragons Nest Room and moving to the Main Atrium later in the evening.

The venue cannot cater to severe nut, fish, and shellfish allergies due to cross-contamination risks. Live music and DJ entertainment are permitted. The venue specializes in interactive exhibits and photo opportunities, making it suitable for team building and networking events.

Exclusive hire includes full access to the museum's 50+ interactive exhibits, professional event staffing, on-site coordination, and use of designated event spaces. Guests can explore the museum during their event and have access to ultra-instagrammable photo opportunities throughout the venue.

The venue accepts bookings well in advance, with events being quoted for dates up to January 2026. Site visits can be arranged Wednesday to Friday from 10am-4pm, and the venue is available between 10am-5pm for meetings and viewings.
