What is the total cost for booking The Green Room at Colours Hoxton?

The Green Room requires a £400 deposit with a minimum of 50 guests. 50% of the deposit (£200) is refundable if your bar spend exceeds £2,500 on the night. If you don't meet the minimum spend, the full £400 deposit is kept as a room hire fee.

What are the capacity limits and operating hours for The Green Room?

The Green Room accommodates up to 100 standing guests (120 including the private terrace). Exclusive hire typically runs from 7pm-2am on Saturdays.

What DJ and music options are available?

You can book a resident DJ for £50 per hour to suit your genre requirements. Alternatively, you can bring your own DJ and use the venue's DJ kit for free, or simply connect your playlist via aux cord. The space includes a built-in DJ booth with equipment.

What are the requirements for bringing your own DJ equipment?

If bringing your own DJ, you must complete a £300 card authentication as security for the venue's DJ equipment. Your card will only be charged in case of damage, loss or theft of equipment.

What facilities and features are included in The Green Room?

The space features ceiling-to-floor French doors opening onto a private terrace, well-stocked private bar, DJ booth with equipment, photobooth, discoball ceiling installation, booth seating, stage lighting, microphones, screen & projector, and top quality sound system.

Are there age restrictions for events at Colours Hoxton?

Birthday parties under 21 years old are not accepted. All guests must bring valid physical ID which will be scanned upon entry - this is a mandatory condition with no exceptions.

What happens to guests arriving late to events?

Any guests arriving after 10:30pm will be charged on the door. All attendees must have valid physical ID for entry scanning.

What are the payment and booking requirements?

Pre-orders must be submitted and paid for by specified deadlines (typically 2 weeks before the event). Additional services like extra bartenders can be arranged through separate payment links provided by the venue.

Can I bring my own food and decorations?
