Room capacities vary by space and setup: Grand Hall accommodates up to 400 cabaret style or 650 theatre style, Cornwall Suite holds 200 cabaret or 250 theatre, Edinburgh Suite fits 200 cabaret or 250 theatre, and smaller suites like Dorset accommodate up to 60 classroom style. Boardrooms typically hold 12-24 delegates depending on the specific room.

Yes, security is compulsory for all events at £29.40 per hour inclusive of VAT. Requirements are based on guest numbers: 1-200 guests require 2 guards, 201-400 guests need 4 guards, and 401-600 guests require 6 guards. Minimum booking is 4 hours and must be paid no later than 1 month prior to the event.

Basic AV includes 3000 lumen LCD projector and 8'x6' screen with DDR packages, plus flipchart. Additional AV equipment available includes LCD projector and screen from £195.00 inclusive of VAT, with upgrades to bigger screens available at additional charges. The venue can arrange quotes from their AV supplier for more complex requirements.

Catering options include unlimited tea, coffee and refreshments at £11.50 per person inclusive of VAT, energising lunch at £20.95 per person, sandwich lunch at £12.95 per person, bacon or egg bap at £4.95 per person, and Danish pastries at £4.00 per person. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
