A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder due no later than 28 days prior to the event. The venue can accept a signed contract as confirmation with payment following within a couple of days. Dates are held temporarily but cannot be held indefinitely without confirmed booking.

The venue includes a 10ft HD projector screen, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, complimentary Wi-Fi, and wireless presentation connections. Additional screens are not available from the venue but can be hired through their trusted tech supplier F1 Sound for an extra cost.

Day Delegate packages include either arrival breakfast or grazing lunch for half day (£46pp), or arrival breakfast, grazing lunch, and snack breaks for full day (£59pp). Food is served buffet-style within the main event space, with the buffet set up on one side of the open floorplan.

Are there additional hire costs for furniture and equipment?

Chair hire costs £611.27 including VAT for 50 chairs. There is a mandatory furniture hire fee of £500 + VAT. Any additional technical equipment like extra screens must be hired through external suppliers such as F1 Sound at additional cost.
