How do I secure a booking and what is the process?
To secure a booking, confirm your date and guest numbers with the events team. Pay a £100 non refundable deposit which will be taken off your drinks on the event day. Food and drinks orders are completed and settled at least one week before the event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
