The Livery Hall is unique in that no matter the size of your guest list, the room works perfectly as it has been proportioned in such a way. The Hall offers excellent acoustics for welcome or after dinner speeches although, hand held microphones are available. The service doors enter straight into the room meaning you have no wait for your meal to be served! The Piper Windows are unique to the venue & offer an excellent talking point for your guests. The Company silver is also displayed making for a grand occasion. The Minstrel Gallery above has Grand Baby Piano to be used for dinner music.

Bakers' Hall offers several dining packages depending on your requirements. The DDR (Day Delegate Rate) package costs £70 +VAT per person and includes hire of the Livery Hall & Charter Gallery from 09:00-17:00, arrival tea/coffee/pastries, mid-morning refreshments, sandwich lunch with fruit juice, mid-afternoon tea/coffee/biscuits, jugs of water throughout, plus AV equipment (pull-up screen, projector, handheld mic, flip chart). For smaller groups, a lighter package is available at £55 +VAT per person including venue hire 08:00-16:00, basic refreshments, and AV equipment but without lunch.

The DDR package at £70 +VAT per person requires a minimum of 25 guests. For smaller groups under 25 people, alternative packages are available such as the £55 +VAT per person option or the £125 +VAT per person package for groups as small as 8 people.

Most dining packages include hire of both the Livery Hall and Charter Gallery. Standard venue hire runs from 08:00-17:00 for the DDR package, or 09:00-16:00 for some smaller packages. If you need to start earlier at 08:00 instead of 09:00, there is a one-off charge of £100 +VAT.

All dining packages include basic AV equipment: pull-up screen and projector, one handheld microphone with PA system, and flip chart with pens. The Print Room has AV equipment installed, so you only need to bring your laptop to connect.
