About this space
The Main Hall is an original reception room to Lowther Lodge, built by William Lowther in 1874. From the ceramic fireplace tiles painted by Alice Lowther to the minstrel's gallery above, the Hall still showcases many of its original features today making it the ideal setting for evening receptions, summer or Christmas parties, intimate dinners and celebration events.
Adjoining to the Hall, our Education Centre can be opened up for larger groups. Equipped with AV equipment, the room is also perfect for speeches & slideshows.
