The base price includes exclusive screen and auditorium use with in-house AV supporting presentation-style setup, 5 microphones as standard, staffing and technical support with a dedicated Events Manager. A mandatory technical rehearsal must be scheduled in the morning prior to your event, which is included in the price.
What are the food and beverage options and pricing?
Classic cinema snacks include medium popcorn and bottled water for £7.95 inc VAT, or upgrade to include sweets for £10.95. Hot options like nachos with three dips or hot dogs with sweets and water cost £12.50 inc VAT. Alcoholic beverages are prosecco at £7.00 per glass, wine at £5.50 per glass, and beer at £5.50 per glass (all inc VAT).

Yes, the Oscar's Bar can be arranged for drinks receptions and is available on a pay-on-consumption basis. The bar features art-deco design with film-themed cocktails and bespoke offerings, making it perfect for networking events and after-work drinks.
What are the capacity limits for each screen?
Screen 1 (DOLBY Theatre) accommodates 166 guests plus 2 wheelchair spaces. Screen 2 accommodates 72 guests plus 2 wheelchair spaces. Both screens feature luxurious reclining seating and are designed for intimate experiences.
What are the standard operating hours and timing restrictions?
Events typically run from 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:00am-6:00pm depending on the screen. The venue sales team works Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, and emails received outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible.
What additional costs should I budget for beyond the base hire fee?
Additional microphones cost £50 each beyond the 5 included. Food and beverages are charged separately based on consumption. All prices quoted are subject to VAT at 20%. Technical rehearsals are mandatory and included in the base price.
How far in advance do I need to book and what is the quote validity period?
Quotes are typically valid for 14 days from issue. A mandatory technical rehearsal must be scheduled at least 3 days prior to your event (or in the morning before for some bookings). Availability must be double-checked with the Film booking Team before confirmation.
What AV equipment and technical support is provided?
In-house AV equipment supports presentation-style setup on screen with 5 microphones included as standard. Technical support and a dedicated Events Manager are provided on the day. The venue features the best technology in town with Dolby Cinema screens.
