These prices include exclusive screen and auditorium use with in-house AV, 5 microphones, staffing with dedicated Events Manager, and technical support.

The base price includes exclusive screen and auditorium use with in-house AV supporting presentation-style setup, 5 microphones as standard, staffing and technical support with a dedicated Events Manager. A mandatory technical rehearsal must be scheduled in the morning prior to your event, which is included in the price.

Classic cinema snacks include medium popcorn and bottled water for £7.95 inc VAT, or upgrade to include sweets for £10.95. Hot options like nachos with three dips or hot dogs with sweets and water cost £12.50 inc VAT. Events typically run from 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:00am-6:00pm depending on the screen. The venue sales team works Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, and emails received outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible.
