A 20% deposit is required to secure any booking. The deposit is paid via an online link sent to your email address and must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the link. Areas are not held without a deposit.
How far in advance must food and drinks be ordered and paid for?
All food and drink orders must be placed or amended up to 5 working days in advance of your event. Full prepayment of the entire order is required 1 week in advance of the event date.
Can guests order individually or must everything be on one tab?
Individual ordering is not permitted for group events as there is no way to track minimum spend requirements. All orders are placed on one accumulative tab which can be split at the end if needed.
What are the age restrictions for evening events?
The venue operates as an 18+ venue after 6pm. Events with under-18 guests must be scheduled before 6pm or alternative arrangements discussed.

Captain's Table accommodates up to 25 guests seated, roped off areas hold up to 30 guests standing, Rockefeller Lounge semi-private areas accommodate up to 130 guests standing or 50-80 seated depending on configuration. Maximum dining capacity for exclusive hire is 110 guests.

Common time slots include 1-4:30pm, 6:30-11pm, 4-11pm, and 5:30-11pm depending on the area booked. Some daytime slots like 12-5pm are also available. Exact timing depends on availability and area selection.
What exclusive hire options are available and what do they cost?
Exclusive hire of the entire venue is available on Saturdays from September-April and any Sunday throughout the year with a minimum spend of £25,000 inclusive of food, drinks, extras and 12.5% service charge. This includes access to the heated garden area for drinks reception.
What menu options are available for group dining events?
Groups can choose from sample group pre-order menus, festive set menus, reduced a la carte menus for individual ordering, or canape & sharers menus. For groups of 50 or more, you must select one dish per course for the entire group with individual dietary requirements catered for separately.
