Minimum spends vary by area and timing: Captain's Table (private room for up to 25 guests) ranges from £1,000-£1,600 depending on time slot, Rockefeller Lounge semi-private areas range from £3,500-£6,750 for up to 130 standing guests, and roped-off areas start at £600-£900 for up to 30 standing guests. All minimum spends include food, beverage, and 12.5% service charge inclusive of VAT.

A 20% deposit is required to secure any booking. The deposit is paid via an online link sent to your email address and must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the link. Areas are not held without a deposit.

All food and drink orders must be placed or amended up to 5 working days in advance of your event. Full prepayment of the pre-order is required 1 week in advance of the event through the online ordering system.

Individual ordering is not permitted for group events as there is no way to track minimum spend requirements. All orders are placed on one accumulative tab which can be split at the end if needed.

The venue operates as 18+ only after 6pm. Events with under-18 guests must be scheduled before 6pm or consider alternative arrangements.

Event times vary by area: Captain's Table typically operates 1-4:30pm or 6-11pm slots, Rockefeller Lounge areas generally run 4-11pm or 5:30-11pm, and some daytime availability exists from 12-5pm. Evening slots ending at 11pm are standard.

Groups can choose from pre-order set menus, reduced a la carte menus for individual ordering, or canape and sharers menus laid out across tables. For groups of 50 or more, you must select one dish per course for the entire group with individual dietary requirements catered for separately.

The Captain's Table private room accommodates up to 25 guests seated, Rockefeller Lounge semi-private areas hold up to 130 standing guests or 50-80 seated, and roped-off areas accommodate up to 30 standing guests. The maximum dining capacity for the entire venue is 110 guests.

The Captain's Table includes floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed Thames views, option to play your own music or listen to in-house music, and a personal server for the duration of your event. However, the room is not completely sound-insulated from the rest of the venue.

Wedding exclusive hire is available Saturdays September-April and any Sunday year-round with a £25,000 minimum spend. The £145 per person wedding package includes arrival Prosecco, wine for the table, and Prosecco for toasts, but any additional drinks or bar tab incurs extra costs.
