Herringham Hall hires at £1,650 VAT exempt for a full day. This is the base venue hire cost before any additional services, catering, or equipment.

External caterers are not permitted. All catering must be provided through Regent's Events in-house catering services, with various menu options available including fine dining packages.

Payment is structured with a 10% deposit invoice and an 80% balance invoice. Payments are processed through Flywire payment system, though BACS transfers can be arranged if needed with bank details provided upon request.

All event details must be submitted one week before the event date at 9:00 AM. Final information including dietary requirements, delegate lists, and menu choices should be finalized by the Tuesday before submission day.

Basic AV includes projector with laptop link, lectern, and one roving microphone. For events requiring screens and more substantial AV equipment, additional costs start from £3,500 + VAT depending on requirements.

For presenters connecting laptops via the lectern, use Username: Conf00048, Password: bell-wear-yard-3 for Herringham Hall. Guests can connect to 'RUL' network and select 'Visitor' for general access.

Security access must be arranged in advance, with specific room access times coordinated through the venue. Security officers provide access to designated rooms at scheduled times, such as 8:00 AM for morning events.

The 3-course dinner includes one starter, one main course, and one dessert choice for all guests, served with coffee and petit fours. All pre-booked dietary requirements are accommodated, and the menu features options like cured Orkney scallop, roasted duck breast, and signature desserts.

Herringham Hall can accommodate cabaret style seating for 50 people with catering tables at the back and a top table for 5. Other configurations include boardroom setups and various table arrangements depending on the specific event requirements.

The venue has specific capacity limits per room, with Herringham Hall suitable for up to 50 guests in cabaret style. Some dates may not be available due to existing bookings, and certain event types may not be accommodated based on venue policies.
