Herringham Hall hires at £1,650 VAT exempt and can accommodate up to 50 people in cabaret style with catering tables at the back and a top table for 5. The venue operates a tiered seating system for larger audiences up to 370 in the main auditorium space.

Basic AV includes projector with laptop link (venue provides laptop), lectern, and 1 roving microphone. For events requiring AV technician support, this is available for 8:00-18:00 hours at additional cost. More substantial AV packages start from £3,500 + VAT depending on requirements.

The Day Delegate Package (DDR 2025) is priced at £50 per person and includes conference facilities, catering tables, and dedicated technician support. This package is suitable for full-day conferences and includes access to light, spacious function rooms.

Security access must be arranged in advance, with specific times communicated to the security team. For example, access to rooms like Tuke Common Room requires security clearance from 8:00 AM on event days.
