Frequently asked questions

EartH Theatre hire starts from £5,500 + VAT plus staffing costs for basic events. For larger productions, expect £8,000 + VAT for the live day plus £4,000 + VAT for staffing, with additional build/derig days at £4,000 + VAT each plus £1,000 + VAT staffing per day. All prices include venue PA and lighting hire, plus venue cleaning costs.

EartH Theatre can accommodate up to 680 guests with uninterrupted views of the stage and screen. The space features theatre-style seating in a stunning auditorium setting. For events requiring over 700 people, the venue cannot accommodate as their total capacity is 700.

No, EartH does not book any public music events or ticketed events through online platforms such as Hirespace. You must contact them directly for public screenings and provide full event details including the artist/content, promotion company, and justification for why they should make an exception.

The Theatre includes state-of-the-art PA and lighting facilities, plus a 360-degree sound system ideal for screenings. Large screen/projector and video technician services are available for an additional £2,000 + VAT. The venue has full AV capabilities suitable for presentations and film screenings.

The minimum hire period is 10 hours. Events on Fridays and Saturdays are confirmed for music events, so screenings would need to be scheduled Sunday through Thursday. The venue can accommodate events from 8am to midnight.

You can hire EartH Kitchen (300 capacity) for breakouts, networking, and catering, plus access to the roof terrace and several backstage green rooms. The Bar & Kitchen area is bathed in natural daylight and features 2 bars, making it ideal for pre-screening drinks and post-event networking.

For filming projects, you'll need to provide full details about the production. A 3-day filming package (setup, live day, derig) for EartH Theatre costs £22,000 + VAT including staffing. However, smaller videoshoots with budgets under £750 cannot be accommodated as they fall below the venue's minimum requirements.
