EartH Kitchen hire costs £2,000+VAT which includes security, staffing, full PA and DJ equipment. However, there is a mandatory minimum spend requirement of £5,000 on drinks to make bookings feasible. All prices include venue cleaning costs.

EartH Kitchen can accommodate up to 300 guests with multiple setup configurations available. The space features a large bar, booths, tables and chairs, and is bathed in natural daylight making it ideal for intimate events or as a breakout space for larger events.

There is a mandatory minimum spend of £5,000 on drinks for all EartH Kitchen bookings. This is required to make the venue hire financially viable and cannot be waived.

The space includes a full PA system and DJ equipment as standard with the hire fee. The venue is equipped with state-of-the-art AV facilities suitable for presentations, background music, or DJ sets.

Yes, the roof terrace can be used as an additional outside space alongside EartH Kitchen bookings. This provides extra space for guests to enjoy fresh air and extends your event area beyond the indoor dining space.

The venue has approved catering suppliers that you must use for food service. You need to request an introduction to these suppliers through the venue, and they will handle all catering arrangements and requirements for your event.

The venue prioritizes music events on Fridays and Saturdays, so these days may not be available for private dining events. Sunday through Thursday bookings are more readily available for private events and dining functions.

Full event staffing and security are included in the £2,000+VAT hire fee. This covers all necessary personnel to run your event safely and professionally, including bar staff, security personnel, and general event support staff.

You must purchase drinks through the venue to meet the £5,000 minimum spend requirement. If you want to supply your own drinks, there would be an additional bar buy-out fee of £3,000+VAT on top of the standard hire costs.

The venue includes pre and post event cleaning in the hire fee. Setup times and breakdown schedules need to be arranged directly with the venue team, and access times will depend on your specific event requirements and other bookings.
