What guest capacity limits apply to different wedding spaces?

Private dining rooms on level 38 accommodate up to 18 guests with oval table setup or maximum 2 round tables of 10 people each. For larger weddings, levels 39 and 40 can host up to 260 guests for standing receptions with 360-degree views across London.

What are the standard event timings and access arrangements?

Afternoon packages run 12:00-16:00 with organizer access from 11:30. Evening packages run 18:30-23:00 with organizer access from 18:00. Events can extend until 03:00 with late license at additional £1,500 + VAT per hour between 23:00-03:00.

Is the 12.5% service charge mandatory and when is it applied?

The 12.5% service charge is optional and applies only to food and beverage items. It's included in contracts by default but can be presented at the end of the function instead if requested when booking.

What deposit and payment terms are required to secure a wedding booking?

A 100% deposit payment is required once you commit to the agreement to secure the space. Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so immediate confirmation is recommended to hold your preferred date.

What catering options and pricing are available for wedding celebrations?

Three-course menus start from £75 + VAT per person with the whole party having the same starter, main, and dessert. Working lunch options are £40 + VAT per person. All catering orders including special dietary requirements must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior with final numbers required 5 working days before the event.

What audio-visual equipment is included and what are the costs for additional AV?

Built-in speakers for background music are included in all rooms. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment, or you can bring your own AV for a supplement of £350 + VAT.

Are there restrictions on external vendors or specific event types?

Searcys is a catering company that provides food and drinks at the venue. External caterers require approval and details must be forwarded in advance. Dry hire is available at £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours kitchen access from 2pm-10pm, though some event types may not be accommodated.

What information is needed to generate a contract and secure the booking?

You must provide: event name and date, company name and billing address, name and contact details of contract signatory, preferred payment method (bank transfer or credit card with AMEX surcharge applying). Guest entry is pre-booked only with ID required upon arrival.

Can mobile bars and private bartenders be added to wedding packages?

Yes, mobile bar service with your own private bartender is available for £500 + VAT as an enhancement to your wedding package. This cost is not included in the minimum spend requirement.
