Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis with 100% deposit required to confirm. Final balance is due 3 months prior to the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (AMEX incurs a surcharge). All catering orders must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior, with final numbers required 5 working days before the event.
What are the access times and setup allowances?
Organizers and vendors can access venues 30-60 minutes before guest arrival times. For afternoon packages, access is from 11:30 with guests arriving from 12:00. For evening events, access is from 17:30-18:00 with guests arriving from 18:30. Setup time for decorations, banners, and flowers is included during access periods.

Built-in speakers for background music are included in all rooms. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment, or clients can bring their own AV for a £350 + VAT supplement. Three-course menus start from £75 + VAT per person (whole party must have same starter, main, and dessert). Working lunch is £40 + VAT per person. Continental breakfast with baps is £81.75 + VAT per person. Maximum 3 cocktails or mocktails can be ordered with minimum pre-order of 10. Mobile bar with private bartender costs additional £500 + VAT.

Searcys is a catering company that provides all food and drinks at the venue. External catering requires dry hire at £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours kitchen access and venue hire from 2pm-10pm.
