Frequently asked questions

Single private dining room costs £500 + VAT room hire with minimum spend of £2,000 + VAT for afternoon events (12:00-16:00) or £2,500 + VAT for evening events (18:30-23:00). Double private dining room costs £2,500 + VAT room hire with minimum spend of £4,500 + VAT for evening events. A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to the bill by default but can be presented at the end of the function if requested.

Single private dining rooms accommodate up to 18 people with oval table setup or maximum 2 round tables of 10 people each. Double private dining rooms can host up to 60 guests standing or seated arrangements. The whole level 38 can accommodate up to 130 guests for larger gatherings.

Afternoon events run 12:00-16:00 with organizer access from 11:30. Evening events run 18:30-23:00 with organizer access from 18:00. Guests can arrive from the official start times onwards, and setup time is included in the access period before guest arrival.

Three-course lunch menus start from £90 + VAT per person, while three-course dinner menus are £75 + VAT per person (whole party must have same starter, main, and dessert). Working lunch is £40 + VAT per person. Continental breakfast with baps costs £81.75 + VAT per person. All catering orders must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior with final numbers required 5 working days before the event.

100% deposit payment is required to confirm booking, with remaining balance due 3 months prior to the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (AMEX incurs a surcharge). Bookings operate on first-come, first-served basis, so immediate confirmation is recommended to secure preferred dates.

Built-in speakers are included for background music connection. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment, or clients can bring their own AV for a supplement of £350 + VAT. Full AV setup for presentations includes screens, projectors, and microphones through the preferred supplier.

The venue is described as excellent for corporate and networking events. Certain event types cannot be accommodated (specific restrictions not detailed in communications). Guest entry is pre-booked only and ID is required upon arrival. The venue maintains high standards suitable for business and celebratory gatherings.

Mobile bar with private bartender costs £500 + VAT. Dry hire option is £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours kitchen access (2pm-10pm). External catering requires approval and additional fees apply. Service charge of 12.5% applies to food and beverage items and is included in contracts by default.

Site visits can be arranged with advance notice, typically within a few days to a week. The venue recommends booking as early as possible due to first-come, first-served policy. Events require final catering orders 10 working days prior and final guest numbers 5 working days before the event date.
