Organisers and vendors can access venues 30-60 minutes before guest arrival times. For afternoon events (12:00-16:00), access is from 11:30. For evening events (18:30-23:00), access is from 17:30-18:00. Day conferences (08:30-16:30) allow access from 07:30.
What is the service charge policy and payment structure?
A discretionary 12.5% service charge applies to food and beverage items and is included in contracts by default, though clients can request it be presented at the end of the function instead. A 100% deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the remaining balance due 3 months prior to the event.

Dry hire is available for £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours of kitchen access. Venue hire runs from 2pm until 10pm, and external caterers must be approved in advance. Guest entry is pre-booked only and ID is required upon arrival.
How does the booking process work and what information is required?
Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To proceed, clients must provide: name and contact details of contract signatory, event name and date, billing address including company name, and preferred payment method (bank transfer or credit card, with AMEX surcharges applying).
