The Ruby private room (65 guests capacity) requires a minimum spend of £4,600-£5,200 including VAT plus 12.5% service charge, depending on timing and date. The Rose room (25 guests capacity) has lower minimum spends. All minimum spends are across food, drinks and mini golf combined.

The Ruby private room accommodates up to 65 guests standing or 45 seated theatre-style. The Rose private room holds up to 25 guests standing or 15 seated. The restaurant area seats up to 75 guests or 60 theatre-style. Full venue hire accommodates up to 650 guests standing.

A 25% deposit of the minimum spend is required to secure most bookings, with the balance due at least 30 days prior to the event date. Some bookings within 30 days require full non-refundable prepayment due to the 30-day cancellation policy.

The Ruby room includes a large plasma screen, the Rose room has a small TV, and the restaurant area has a big screen with projector. Microphones are available, but clients must bring their own HDMI cables. Theatre-style seating can accommodate up to 120 people across the three spaces combined.

Groups are split into teams of up to 6 guests, with each team teeing off a few minutes apart. It takes around 30 minutes per team to complete the 9 holes. For larger groups, multiple courses can be used simultaneously to reduce total playing time.

The venue closes at 22:00 on Sundays and does not host DJs on Sundays. Saturday bookings may have higher minimum spends than weekday events. The kitchen opens at 12:00, so food packages are only available from noon onwards.

Christmas packages include globally inspired food served buffet-style in platters, plus drinks and mini golf. Food is served in waves 20-30 minutes after arrival. Morning events can include unlimited teas and coffees at £4 per person plus £2 for chocolate chip cookies. All food must be pre-ordered.

A 12.5% service charge is added to all bills and is described as optional. This charge applies to the total bill including food, drinks, and activities, and is separate from the minimum spend requirement.

Drinks pre-orders and dietary requirements must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the booking date for most events, though some bookings require confirmation at least 14 days in advance.

Full venue hire (up to 650 guests) ranges from £27,500 plus VAT for weekday events to £41,250 minimum spend for Saturday evening hires (20:00-00:30). Evening hires typically have higher minimum spends than daytime events.
