What are the payment terms and deposit requirements?
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and secure your booking, payable by BACS transfer or payment link. For events taking place within the same month as the date of booking, full prepayment of 100% is required, based on contracted minimum numbers.
Any additional requirements agreed after the initial contract has been signed will be invoiced separately, or added to the final bill if they arise close to the event date which will need to be settled with 3 working days.
What DDR packages are available and what do they include?
DDR packages range from £69-£95 per person (ex VAT) depending on room and day. They typically include room hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning break, sandwich lunch, afternoon refreshments, filtered water, AV equipment- screen, and Wi-Fi.
What AV equipment is included in the room hire?
All rooms include an 85" LCD monitor/s, mini PC for presentations, Wi-Fi, and AV support.
Are there additional charges for evening events or security?
Events running past 19:00 require mandatory security at £28 per hour (ex VAT) with a minimum 4-hour shift. Weekend events incur an additional £500 (ex VAT) staff fee. Evening staffing is charged at £28 per hour (ex VAT) for events extending beyond standard hours.
What are the minimum delegate requirements for different room configurations?
Individual rooms (102/202) have no specific minimum mentioned for smaller meetings. Combined rooms (102&103 or 202&203) typically require minimum 50-60 delegates for DDR packages.
