Private dining rooms on level 38 have a room hire fee of £500 + VAT for single rooms and £2,500 + VAT for double rooms. Minimum spend requirements vary by time slot: £2,000 + VAT for afternoon packages (12:00-16:00), £2,500 + VAT for evening packages (18:30-23:00), and £4,500 + VAT for double room evening events. An optional 12.5% service charge applies to food and beverage items.

Single private dining rooms accommodate up to 18 guests with oval table setup, or maximum 2 round tables of 10 people each. Double private rooms can host up to 60 guests standing for networking and celebratory events. The rooms are situated on level 38 with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic London views.

Afternoon packages run 12:00-16:00 hours with organizer access from 11:30. Evening packages run 18:30-23:00 hours with organizer access from 18:00 (or 17:30 for larger events). Guests can arrive from the official start time onwards, and setup time is included in the access period.

Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis. A 100% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due 3 months prior to the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card, with a surcharge applying to AMEX payments.

Three-course menus start from £75 + VAT per person (same starter, main, and dessert for whole party), working lunch at £40 + VAT per person, and various canapé options. All catering orders including special dietary requirements must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior to the event, with final numbers required 5 working days before the event date.

Built-in speakers are included around the rooms for background music connection. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment (contact: 0208 660 6647). If bringing your own AV supplier, a supplement of £350 + VAT applies.

The venue is described as excellent for corporate and networking events. However, certain event types cannot be accommodated - the venue has declined requests for children's events and pop-up retail concepts. The space is positioned as a high-end corporate venue rather than casual celebration space.

Searcys is the exclusive catering company, but external caterers may be considered for dry hire arrangements at £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours kitchen access (2pm-10pm). Guests can enter rooms early for setup including banners, balloons, and flowers. All guest entry must be pre-booked and ID is required upon arrival.

Site visits can be arranged by contacting the sales team directly. To proceed with booking, you'll need to provide: name and contact details of contract signatory, event name and date, billing address including company name, and preferred payment method (bank transfer or credit card).

A mobile bar with private bartender is available for £500 + VAT. The venue offers seasonal menus and can accommodate up to 3 cocktails or mocktails per event (minimum pre-order of 10). Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice, and the venue uses seasonal ingredients from local communities.
