Southam Street's team of executive chefs have prepared the ultimate BBQ menu, including old favourites, but given a "Southam Street twist". Including the Southam Street Wagyu Beef Burger, with melted Emmental and pickled onion, Scallops in the shell with dark soy, USDA Prime Striploin Yakiniku sauce, Spachcock with a buttermilk marinade, corn on the cob with Mexican spices and refreshing Quinoa salad.
Pitchers of sharing cocktails are also available, as well as Southam Street's extensive wine list.
