The piano room is one of our most popular and versatile rooms. It benefits from a large bar and private bathrooms. The space can be easily transformed into almost any set up, from private dining and boardroom style, to theatre or standing reception.




Frequently asked questions

The Wardour (Business space) costs £1,700 including VAT for 9am-5pm hire. This includes complimentary self-service tea, coffee, and mineral water (4 still and 4 sparkling bottles). All food and beverage beyond the included items incurs a 15% service charge on top of menu prices.

The Wardour seats 22 people maximum and features a 60" plasma smart TV screen, Wi-Fi, PA system, wine/bottle fridge, natural daylight, and mood lighting. The room has views of Shaftesbury Avenue and includes flipchart and pens for an additional £18.

Century Club opens at 8:30am. For the Business space, standard daytime hire runs 9am-5pm, though earlier access may be possible depending on availability and requirements.

You can order working lunch (requires pre-order by Wednesday before your event), dine in the restaurant with 20% off food, or have fresh pastries for £4.50 each. Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited from being brought into meeting rooms. All food and beverage purchases incur a 15% service charge.

Once you confirm your booking, Century Club sends a payment link to secure the room. The room hire fee of £1,700 must be paid to confirm your reservation.

The standard Business space hire is 9am-5pm for £1,700. Extended hours or evening bookings would require separate arrangements and likely different pricing structures, as evening events typically move to larger spaces like the Green Room or Cocktail Lounge.

The Wardour includes a plug-in 60" plasma smart TV screen and PA system. You can connect your laptop or device directly to display presentations. Additional AV equipment beyond the included screen and sound system may be available for hire.

The Business space operates on a room hire basis (£1,700 including VAT) rather than minimum spend. However, any additional food and beverage orders beyond the included tea, coffee, and water will be charged separately with 15% service charge.

You have two lunch options: working lunch served in the room (requires pre-order by Wednesday before your event) or a table in the restaurant with 20% off the Reduced A La Carte Menu. Restaurant menus change monthly, so updated versions may be provided closer to your event date.

The Business space (Wardour) is primarily designed for daytime business meetings with 9am-5pm availability. For after-work drinks and evening networking events, Century Club offers other spaces like the Cocktail Lounge (available from 6pm, £4,000-5,000 minimum spend) or Green Room (£6,000-10,000 minimum spend) that are better suited for evening receptions.
