The minimum spend depends on the date and timings of the event. It includes any prepaid food and drink, or any drinks ordered on the day.
What are the venue's capacity limits for events?
Bubba Oasis can accommodate up to 300 guests for whole-venue events. Our rooftop holds up to 120 guests standing!
Are there additional mandatory costs such as service charges or AV fees?
A 10% service charge is added on all quoted spends. Standard AV equipment, use of cloak room etc are usually included within the hire fee. Contact us for more details.
Is branding or decoration allowed in the space, and is there a cost?
We have branding packages available with an onsite design team! You are also more than welcome to bring your own!
Can we use external caterers or bring our own food and drink?
External catering is sometimes permitted and on occasion access to the kitchen has been allowed. However, all quotes provide costs for in-house food and drink packages, so details of bringing external providers should always be confirmed in writing and may incur additional requirements.
