The Piano Bar is one of the most opulent but inviting spaces in Century. This musical room is home to the largest bar in the club, a resident piano and private bathrooms. This space works brilliantly for informal meetings, birthday celebrations, acoustic performances, and quiz evenings to name but a few.




Frequently asked questions

The Piano Bar operates on a minimum spend model with costs varying by space and event size. For smaller events, the Cocktail Lounge (80 standing capacity) requires a £4,000 minimum spend plus 15% service charge (£600), totaling £4,600 including VAT. For larger celebrations, the Green Room (150 standing capacity) requires £6,000-£10,000 minimum spend plus room hire fees of £1,000-£3,000 and 15% service charge, with total costs ranging from £9,900-£12,500 including VAT.

The Piano Bar spaces accommodate various capacities: Cocktail Lounge holds 80 standing or 40 seated, Green Room accommodates 150 standing or 90 seated (rounds), and Club Lounge fits 110 standing. All spaces feature private bars and can be configured for standing receptions, seated dining, or mixed formats depending on your event needs.

The venue opens at 8:30am and events can run until 1:00am with last drink orders at 12:30am. The Cocktail Lounge is only available for hire from 6:00pm onwards. All pricing includes VAT and events must end by the specified times with no extensions available.

Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited - all catering must be purchased through the venue. The minimum spend requirement applies only to food and beverages purchased from Century Club. A mandatory 15% service charge is added to all food and beverage purchases, and all menu items are subject to seasonal availability and price changes.

All spaces include plug-in PA systems for music/playlists and can accommodate DJs. The Piano Bar features the largest bar in the club and a resident piano. Additional AV equipment including screens, projectors, microphones, and DJ decks are available to hire. Some spaces offer built-in 60" plasma smart TV screens and full production facilities.

The Green Room includes access to a private outdoor smoking terrace via a private staircase, accommodating 25-30 guests at a time. The Roof Terrace offers London's largest outdoor space in Soho with a fully retractable glass roof and can accommodate up to 200 guests with views across London.

Booking timelines vary based on availability, with some dates booking months in advance. Once you confirm your event details, the venue sends a payment link to secure the room. For catering, working lunch pre-orders must be submitted by the Wednesday before your event date, and all food and beverage charges are settled on the day of the event.

Century Club operates as an exclusive hire venue with minimum spend requirements starting from £3,000 for smaller spaces up to £20,000+ for larger events. The venue explicitly states they cannot accommodate requests where "the budget is too low" and will decline bookings that don't meet their pricing thresholds.
