The Roof Terrace is the largest in Soho offering a sensational space with views across London. It has a fully retractable glass roof, which is ideal for the unpredictable British weather.

Accommodating up to 200 people (standing) and complete with a large bar, full PA system and adjoining smoking terrace, the Roof Terrace is the perfect choice for any special occasion including drinks receptions, corporate parties and live performance.

Costs vary by space: Wardour meeting room is £1,700 for 9am-5pm including VAT with complimentary tea/coffee. Green Room costs £1,000-£3,000 room hire plus £6,000-£10,000 minimum spend on food and drinks, plus 15% service charge. Club Lounge has waived hire fees with £10,000-£14,000 minimum spend plus 15% service charge. Cocktail Lounge has £1,000 room hire, £3,000-£4,000 minimum spend, plus 15% service charge.

Wardour seats 22 people maximum. Green Room accommodates 150 standing, 90 seated rounds, 100 theatre style, or 60 cabaret. Club Lounge holds up to 110-120 standing. Cocktail Lounge accommodates 80 standing or 40 seated in various configurations. The Roof Terrace holds 200 standing but has minimum spends starting at £20,000.

Century Club opens at 8:30am. For private events, the Cocktail Lounge isn't available until 6pm. Most evening events can run until midnight or 1am with last orders at 12:30am. Early access for setup may incur additional fees of £2,500 including VAT if required before 4pm.

Wardour includes complimentary tea/coffee and water, with flipchart and pens available for £18. Other spaces include private bars, toilets, and basic PA systems. Additional costs include 15% service charge on all food and beverage, AV equipment rentals, and any catering beyond minimum spend requirements. Outside food and drink are prohibited.

Minimum spends are mandatory on food and beverage only, ranging from £3,000 (Cocktail Lounge) to £10,000+ (Green Room/Club Lounge). A 15% service charge applies to the minimum spend amount. If you don't reach the minimum, you still pay the full amount. All prices include VAT.

Basic equipment includes 60" plasma smart TV screens, Wi-Fi, and plug-in PA systems for Spotify/laptop connection. Professional AV packages with lighting, DJ decks, microphones, screens, and projectors are available to hire for additional fees around £800. Some spaces can accommodate live music and DJ performances.

In-house catering includes working lunch menus, a la carte dining with 20% discount, fresh pastries at £4.50 each, and various event menus for canapés and bowl food. All menus are subject to seasonal changes and supplier availability. Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited in all meeting rooms and event spaces.

Bookings are secured via payment link sent by the events team. For meeting rooms, there's an online booking portal available. Food and beverage charges are applied on the day of the event. Pre-orders are required for working lunches by the Wednesday before your event date.

Green Room includes private staircase access to an outside smoking terrace accommodating 25-30 guests at a time. The Roof Terrace is Soho's largest with retractable glass roof and adjoining smoking terrace, but requires significantly higher minimum spends starting around £20,000.

Century Club operates budget thresholds and may decline bookings deemed too low for their pricing structure. They offer exclusive hire only, so smaller groups may feel the spaces are too large. Minimum spends are non-negotiable and start from £3,000 for the smallest space.
