The Wardour is the largest of our meeting rooms and one of the newest. It is a perfect space to hire for the day for a business meeting, board member lunch or training day. It also is a wonderful space for a birthday lunch or dinner or for a small networking event.

The Wardour room costs £1,700 including VAT for a 9am-5pm hire. This includes complimentary self-service filter tea and coffee, still and sparkling mineral water (4 bottles of each), and access to a 60" plasma smart TV screen with Wi-Fi and PA system.

The Wardour room has a maximum capacity of 22 people seated. The room features natural daylight, mood lighting, and views of Shaftesbury Avenue, making it suitable for boardroom meetings, training sessions, or intimate dining events.

No, outside food or drink is not permitted in any of the meeting rooms. All catering must be ordered through Century Club's in-house services, with a 15% service charge applied to all food and beverage orders.

You can choose between a working lunch in the room (requiring pre-order by Wednesday before your meeting) or a table in the restaurant with 20% off food from the Reduced A La Carte Menu. Fresh in-house pastries are available for breakfast at £4.50 each.

The room includes a 60" plasma smart TV screen, Wi-Fi, and PA system as standard. Additional equipment like flipchart and pens can be added for £18, and full AV and production services are available to hire including screens, projectors, and microphones.

Century Club opens at 8:30am. The standard Wardour room hire runs from 9am-5pm, though specific timing arrangements may be possible depending on availability and requirements.

To secure the Wardour room, Century Club will send you a payment link once you confirm your booking. You can also check live availability and book online through their direct booking portal at portal.tripleseat.com.

The room hire includes complimentary self-service filter tea and coffee, plus 4 bottles each of still and sparkling mineral water. The room also features a wine/bottle fridge for any additional beverages you may order.

Based on the pricing structure shown, the Wardour room operates on a flat hire fee of £1,700 including VAT rather than a minimum spend model. Additional food and beverage orders incur a 15% service charge.

Century Club may decline bookings if the budget is insufficient for their requirements. They operate as a private members club with set pricing standards, and alternative venue suggestions may be provided if your budget doesn't meet their minimums.
