The Canvas: Downstairs is a creative space calmly decorated in green and white with unique features such as fairy-light walls, dimmable lights and coloured stage light effects. With seating for up to 35 people in conference / classroom style, the space is intimate yet spacious enough for breakaway groups. It can hold up to 50 for a standing reception. Price includes AV equipment and filter coffee and tea, and you can add wine and beer for when your meeting is over! The Canvas is a 100% vegan cafe and creative venue just off Brick Lane, one of the most artistic and vibrant areas in East London. Directly opposite one of the most famous street art walls in Shoreditch, The Canvas is quirky with stacks of creative personality and tons of space. Set over 2 floors, with a ground floor cafe/bar area and a basement seating/event space and large kitchen, The Canvas can turn into anything from a vibrant cocktail bar, Christmas party, or intimate performance space. The venue also has a New York-style outdoor garden which seats around 12 people, or 20 standing.
