The layout can be changed to suit your needs, tables and chairs are included but can also be removed.

The Business space (smaller studio/meeting room) costs £400 for a full day (9am-5pm). Hourly rates are £110 per hour, with discounted packages of £500 for 6 hours or £800 for 8 hours. The venue offers dry hire only, meaning you handle your own setup and breakdown.

The Business space accommodates up to 50 people for standard events or 20 people with yoga mats. The room is 70 sq m with 3m high ceilings, wooden floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Tables and chairs are included and the layout can be changed to suit your needs, or furniture can be removed entirely for flexible arrangements.

The earliest access is 9:30am due to yoga classes running until then. Events can run until 11pm finish time. For corporate events requiring earlier setup, 9:30am is the absolute earliest access time available.

The Business space includes a projector, projector screen, sound system, speakers, and whiteboard at no additional charge. All AV equipment is included in the base hire price, making it suitable for presentations, training sessions, and workshops.

Invoices must be paid on receipt to secure your booking. The venue can split payments (e.g., half upfront, half 30 days before the event) but the first payment must be made to confirm the booking. Payment can be made via QuickBooks invoice system.

Yes, all areas are wheelchair accessible with step-free access throughout the building including entrances and restrooms. The Business space is on the ground floor with its own entrance, full air conditioning, and disabled access fire exit.

Yes, you can bring in outside catering for food. There is an on-site specialty coffee shop run by separate management that you would need to speak with directly on the day. The venue allows external catering but operates as dry hire, so you're responsible for all setup and cleanup.

The venue has wall space that can accommodate lightweight artwork, providing it doesn't damage the walls. This makes it suitable for educational workshops, training sessions, and presentations that require wall displays or visual materials.

Dry hire means tables, chairs, and AV equipment are provided, but you are responsible for all setup and breakdown of your event. The venue provides the space and basic equipment, but all event management, catering setup, and post-event cleanup is handled by the hirer.
