Suitsable for evening events, studio work or large meetings. Not being used most weekends and some weekdays. The space is gated, with a small garden space outside with some spaces to sit. Please note you can only use our garden bit, not the communal lawn. A spacious studio with tables and chairs or this can be moved to the side. Small kitchen, but with no cooker or large oven/microwave. Small fridge available. We have a kettle, some crockery and mugs. Toilet is also situated in the studio. We also have an office. This is available for use and hire.
