Minimum spends vary by room and guest count. The Drawing Room requires £3,250 including VAT for up to 26 guests, The RWB Room requires £5,500 including VAT for up to 50 guests, and The Tapestry Room requires £7,500 including VAT for up to 80 guests. For larger events combining multiple rooms, minimum spends range from £11,250 to £15,000 including VAT.

The Drawing Room accommodates up to 26 guests on one long table or 30 on three rounds. The RWB Room seats up to 26 guests boardroom style or 21 cabaret style. The Tapestry Room handles up to 80 guests in cabaret style or on round tables, with capacity subject to AV requirements.

Daytime events typically run from 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:00. Evening dining events generally operate from 18:30 to midnight, with organisers and suppliers welcomed from 17:00. Music must be off at midnight and this cannot be extended.

The minimum spend covers all pre-ordered food and beverages consumed during your event on the 6th floor. If you don't reach the minimum through food and drink, the shortfall is charged as room hire. A mandatory 14.5% discretionary service charge applies to all catering, and AV or third-party services are additional costs.

Yes, interactive floor plans are available online at headbox.captur3d.io/view/headbox/thened. The venue offers 5-day optional holds upon request, and spaces are not automatically held when quotes are provided. You'll need to specifically request a hold to secure your preferred date.

AV equipment is available as an additional cost beyond the minimum spend. The venue can provide screens for presentations, with recommendations for additional side screens in larger rooms like The Tapestry where guests at the back might struggle to see a single front screen. All AV requirements affect room capacity calculations.

Groups under 12 people may not constitute a group booking and would use individual reservations instead. The venue cannot accommodate cabaret-style seating for 150+ guests, with maximum capacity being 120 guests on round tables or 80 guests in cabaret style in The Tapestry Room.

Full-day packages typically include arrival tea/coffee with breakfast items, mid-morning tea/coffee break with food, working lunch, afternoon tea/coffee break with food, water throughout the day, branded stationery, and a dedicated Events Manager. All catering goes towards your minimum spend requirement.

The venue requires confirmation of guest numbers, preferred dates, timings, layout requirements, catering needs, and AV requirements before providing detailed proposals. Payment timelines and deposit requirements are outlined in The Ned Terms and Conditions, which apply to all bookings.
