the Drawing Room can accommodate up to 40 for dinner with access to two oversized outdoor terraces. Bespoke food and drink menus can be created by our Chefs for any occasion. Whether it is an intimate birthday celebration to a more former, larger scale banquet.




Frequently asked questions

The Drawing Room requires a minimum food and beverage spend of £3,250 including VAT for up to 26 guests boardroom style, or £6,500 including VAT for larger events. This amount can be used against any pre-ordered food from private dining menus and beverages consumed on the 6th floor during your event. If the minimum spend is not met with food and beverage, the shortfall is charged as room hire.

The Drawing Room accommodates up to 26 guests on one long table for boardroom style, 30 guests on three round tables, 36 guests on two long tables, or up to 40 guests for dinner service. The space can also handle up to 70 guests for standing receptions when interconnected with The Saloon.

Access to The Drawing Room is typically from 08:30-17:00 for daytime events or 18:30-midnight for evening events. Organisers and suppliers are welcomed from 17:00 for evening events to allow setup time before guest arrival.

A mandatory 14.5% discretionary service charge applies to all food and beverage consumption. AV equipment and any third-party elements such as flowers are additional costs on top of the minimum spend. These charges are not included in the minimum spend calculation.

Yes, The Drawing Room interconnects with The Saloon and can be combined for larger events. When used together, the minimum spend increases to £15,000 including VAT for up to 70 guests seated or standing reception capacity.

The Drawing Room provides access to two oversized outdoor terraces. These terraces are included as part of the venue hire and provide additional space for guests during dining events.

Basic AV setup is available, but capacity may be subject to AV requirements depending on the equipment needed. Additional AV equipment beyond basic setup incurs extra charges and is not included in the minimum spend.

The venue offers a 5-day optional hold upon request while you finalize your event details. Space is not automatically held during the inquiry process, so requesting a hold is recommended to secure your preferred date.

Evening events must end by midnight with music stopping at that time - this cannot be extended. The venue operates under strict licensing conditions, so late-night celebrations beyond midnight are not permitted.
