Names after Sire Christopher Wren, who designed St Mildred's Church, a previous occupant of 27 Poultry site, this room has original chandeliers, wood panelling and a carpet inspired by large-leaf Verdure tapestries. Accommodating up to 10 guests, The Wren is ideal of intimate private dining. Food and drink menus ranging from cocktails and canapes to four-course meals can be created by our Chefs

The RWB Room requires £5,500 including VAT for up to 50 guests, and combination spaces like The Drawing Room and Saloon require £15,000 including VAT for up to 70 guests.

The Drawing Room accommodates up to 26 guests on one long table or 30 on three rounds. The Tapestry Room holds up to 80 guests in cabaret style or on round tables. The RWB Room seats up to 26 guests boardroom style or 21 cabaret style. For larger events, The Saloon can seat up to 70 guests when combined with The Drawing Room.

Access hours vary by event type and room. Daytime meetings typically run from 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:00. Evening dining events generally have access from 18:30 to midnight, with organisers and suppliers welcomed from 17:00. Music must be off at midnight and this cannot be extended.

A mandatory 14.5% discretionary service charge applies to all food and beverage consumption. AV equipment and any third-party elements like flowers are additional costs on top of the minimum spend. If the minimum spend is not met through food and beverage, the shortfall is charged as room hire.

No, events must end at midnight with music off at this time, and this cannot be extended. For events requiring later finish times, you would need to find alternative arrangements as The Ned has strict noise restrictions after midnight.

AV equipment is available as an additional cost and can affect room capacity depending on requirements. The venue suggests additional screens on the side of rooms for larger groups to ensure visibility from the back. Theatre-style events can accommodate more guests than seated dining - for example, The Tapestry holds 150 in theatre layout but only 80 for cabaret dining. The venue cannot accommodate groups requiring more than 200 guests for standing receptions or more than 120 for seated dining across all spaces.
