The Wimbledon Room is located in the purpose-built conference centre at The Lensbury. Refurbished in 2011, the Wimbledon Room is a multi-purpose space, suitable for meetings as well as parties, dinners and weddings. There are doors to the rear which open onto a paved terrace and small private grassed area which can be used for pre-dinner drinks, garden games and when weather allows, meetings. The Wimbledon Room has full audio visual equipment including data projector and screen which drops down from the ceiling when required.

The Lensbury is a four star hotel, purpose-built conference centre and premium leisure club located in 25 acres of grounds on the banks of the river Thames at Teddington, just 20 minutes from Heathrow. It offers almost everything on one site including accommodation, meeting rooms, leisure facilities with large gym, indoor pool, tennis, a rugby pitch and watersports.
