The Surrey Hall is a vast exhibition hall with a maximum capacity of 1,500. Its dimensions make it very flexible with regard to room set-up and the hall is brilliantly suited for Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet layouts. 

Our catering service provides a wide variety of excellent food and service options. We are more than able to cater for Corporate, Private and Charity Events.

Surrey Hall is an ideal space for an Exhibition, Showcase, Large Office Party, Christmas Party or Dinner. With incredible views and plenty of outdoor space making it perfect for a Summer Party.

The Prince of Wales Suite is our largest meeting room and is highly versatile. It has an open outlook over the back lawns, its own patio area, own entrance and registration area, with direct access to the rear car park. The room features a drop down screen, built in projector alongside a built in sound system, great for presenting to a large group.

The Lammtarra Suite is the central room of our three inter-connected suites on the first floor of the brand new Duchess’s Stand. It is accompanied by the most spectacular views over the Downs.

It is an ideal space for a Office Party, Christmas Party or Dinner and is brilliantly suited for Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet layouts. We are more than able to cater for Corporate, Private and Charity Events.

The Thames View Suite is a large multi-purpose room with floor to ceiling windows opening onto a sun deck and the gardens beyond.  The room is decorated and furnished in a light contemporary style and with drop-down screens,  up to the minute audio visual equipment and sound system. Sopwith 1 is the larger half of the main Sopwith Suite and can accommodate meetings up to 132 Theatre Style and up to 80 based on a Banquet set up. 

The Hotel has free Wifi throughout whilst also offering ClickShare, Screen and Projector in all our meeting rooms.

Positioned on the first floor with both lift and stair access, Sopwith 1 has a total of 1700 sq ft and would be a great space for all your needs. From training events, team building and medium sized receptions & private dining through to boardroom room meetings and presentations.
