Studio 9294 is uniquely well designed for summer parties - as well as the two large warehouse spaces (both equipped with private bars / PA systems and dj equipment), you also have access to a huge amount of outside space. A large courtyard area in front of the venue is available for arrival drinks/ food trucks and picnic benches, and the crowning jewel is the long terrace on the canal at the rear of the venue. We even have our own canal boat which has a bar plus dj equipment and soundsystem!

A seasonal rooftop on a historic barge with riverside views, ideal for private parties and dining.

Boasting some of the finest riverside views of London's incredible skyline and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this sky-high experience is about to become one of the hottest spots to book outdoors in Hackney Wick.

Parties of 20 - 40 can privately hire our riverside rooftop for 4 hours 30, ordering food and drinks from 'The Streetfood Kitchen' menu, while taking in the stunning waterside, ambient festoon lighting and buzzing atmosphere from our gardens.

We offer the following sittings: 12.00-16.30 OR 17.30-22.00 (close) for a small hire fee.

Floor 2, the Forman's Smokehouse Gallery, is a chic and unique industrial-style space, reflecting the architectural structure of the Olympic stadium, which it directly faces.
The space is adaptable and has been used for private dinners for 30 people, award dinners for 350, to cocktail parties for almost 1000 people.
Floor 2 has a large reception area with beautifully appointed and artistic cloakrooms. Other features include a large roof terrace (135 sq m) with prime views over the Olympic Park
