The venue operates on a dry hire basis, meaning you pay for the space and any additional services separately.

The venue can accommodate a maximum of 60 people in theatre style, 45 people in cabaret style, or 80 people for standing receptions. These are firm capacity limits that cannot be exceeded due to the venue's size and safety requirements.

The Shoreditch Loft is located in a residential building and only operates during daytime hours for corporate events. Evening events are not permitted due to noise restrictions and the residential nature of the building. The venue can provide 85-inch screens for £275 + VAT, microphones for £90 + VAT, and stage pieces (1m x 2m) for £125 + VAT. All AV equipment is available for an additional charge and must be requested in advance. The venue can also arrange PA systems and other AV equipment as needed.
