The domed Main Reception Room is the main focal point of the building. Complete with glass chandelier, bold stone columns, beautiful stained glass windows and murals by George Murray, this room is truly stunning and represents the heritage of the building. The room is filled with natural light and is the perfect location for a private boardroom style meeting in traditional surroundings.
The Great Hall lies in the centre of One Moorgate Place and is the largest event space in the venue accommodating up to 400 guests. Being a blank canvas, this space is perfect for business related events such as conferences, seminars, guest lectures, press related activity and presentations. The three large screens, stage and podium provide the perfect platform to showcase and present to an audience. The room can cater for a number of different set-ups including theatre, classroom and round tables depending on the need for your event.
The Members Room has traditionally been the epicentre of One Moorgate Place. This charming room is always a talking point at events. It features a balustrade bridge designed in the style of the Rialto Bridge in Venice, together with a portrait gallery and display cabinets, full of rare books and other curiosities. Auditorium and Lounge
Once named the Council Chamber, the completely refurbished auditorium is a sight to behold.
