The DDR package costs £100-£129 per person plus VAT depending on numbers, with minimum numbers of 65-80 required. It includes exclusive room hire from 7am-5pm, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning refreshments, finger buffet lunch, afternoon tea/coffee with cake, unlimited mineral water, standard AV package with lectern, microphones, screens, projector, PA system, live streaming capability, WiFi access, delegate stationery, and cloakroom facilities.

Evening reception packages include unlimited house wines, bottled beers and soft drinks with canapes and bowl food. A 4-hour reception package costs £103.20 per person plus VAT for 150 guests, including exclusive venue hire from 5pm-11pm, 4 canapes and 4 bowls per person. Shorter packages like 1-2 hour drinks receptions start from £22.50-£42 per person plus VAT with minimum numbers of 80.

AV technician support is mandatory for most events at £500-£600 plus VAT. This includes video conferencing and live streaming package at no additional charge. Standard AV equipment (screens, projectors, microphones, PA system) is included in room hire, but technician support is required for operation during events.

Seated dinner packages cost £126-£151.20 per person plus VAT and include exclusive room hire from 6pm-11pm, 45 minutes unlimited sparkling wine, 4 canapes per person, 3-course set menu dinner, half bottle of house wine, unlimited mineral water, tea/coffee with petit fours, table centerpieces, standard linen, standard AV setup, printed menus, event management, and cloakroom. Public liability insurance is mandatory as a condition for hosting events. To proceed with booking, you must provide full company name, billing address, contract signatory details with email address, and proof of public liability insurance. Contracts are issued via DocuSign, invoices are sent once signed contracts are received, and you'll be introduced to the operations team for final event details.

Dates are offered on either 1st option (confirmed availability) or 2nd option (provisional hold). The venue can provisionally hold dates while you make decisions. Some larger spaces may be unavailable on certain dates, and the venue will suggest alternative dates if your preferred date is not available.

The venue has minimum budget requirements and will decline proposals if the maximum budget is insufficient for their packages. For example, they declined a £60 per person budget request, indicating their packages typically start higher. They provide reduced rates for certain packages but maintain minimum spending thresholds for most event types.

The venue offers various catering options including finger buffet lunches (£32.50-£54 per person plus VAT), fork buffet lunches, arrival refreshments (£5.75-£6.90 per person plus VAT), and drinks on consumption basis. They can accommodate specific dietary requirements and have current menus available for reference. Some events can combine different catering elements rather than using set packages.

Events typically run during business hours with some flexibility for evening events until 11pm-midnight. Host access is usually provided 1 hour before guest arrival (e.g., 5pm host access for 6pm guest arrival). Setup time can be arranged, including evening before access for rehearsals (4 hours for setup/rehearsal). Breakdown time is factored into event scheduling with specific departure times agreed in advance.
