[ROOTS] Cocktail Bar was conceptualised by mixing our passion for botanicals and cocktails, with the desire to share this with our community.

The idea is not only to focus on the cocktail itself but to create a real visual gustatory and sensory experience with each drink, alongside complementary small plates of food.
