Zum Barbarossa is a hidden-gem speakeasy cocktail bar tucked beneath a 1730 Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse in the heart of Soho. The interior is rich and atmospheric, with plush sofas, velvet curtains, arched brick caves, warm low lighting and Art Nouveau-inspired detailing. Cocktails are expertly crafted with bold flavour profiles such as the Spicy Rose Paloma, Hot Honey Highball, Tommy’s Spicy Mezcalita, and indulgent items like a “Zespresso Martini”.
