Ondaatje Theatre & Map Room
Our evenings lecture package includes exclusive use of our spacious Ondaatje Theatre with a fully integrated system for lectures, talks & film screenings, bespoke LED lighting to compliment your branding, and a digital desk with multiple options and capabilities. The nearby Map Room makes a stunning setting for an evening reception with large windows that look out over the garden terrace.
Main Hall & Education Centre
Our bright & spacious Education Centre is an ideal space to hold conferences, workshops or large meetings. The room accommodates up to 100 delegates in a lecture theatre style but can also be laid out with round tables for smaller group discussions. The Education Centre features full audio & visual equipment, including a speaker system that can be linked to the Main Hall. The Main Hall is an atmospheric space, with original wood floors and large windows overlooking Hyde Park, making it ideal for your refreshment breaks. The room can hold 100 people standing and space for 5 exhibitors.

Our beautiful period building, right in the heart of London, is the ideal intimate setting to organise your dream wedding for up to 100 guests. A combination of classic red brick with modern twists, the Royal Geographical Society's building was designed by famous architect Norman Shaw and stands the test of time to remain iconic today. We offer exclusive use of the Society's venue spaces on weekends and bank holidays for your special day, which includes the Main Hall, Map Room, Education Centre and four smaller private rooms.
