The Nave - Main Space
The Nave at St John's, one of the largest, most flexible spaces on the South Bank, underwent a complete restoration in 2022. A fresh, elegant decorative scheme has transformed it into a soaring, light-filled space which can quickly be set up in a range of layouts . The Nave - Main Space is perfect for conferences for charity, arts, educational and community groups . The top of the range AV including three large screens is included in the hire, making The Nave - Main Space ideal for hybrid events.

Our spaces have level access, are highly flexible, and are fantastically located right on London's South Bank. Ideal for non-commercial filming projects for arts, educational, charity and community groups.

A new, open space in the Crypt since the refurbishment. The Forum is perfect for poetry readings, lectures, solo or chamber concerts, small panel discussions, workshops, screenings and seminars, amongst others, It is also equipped with a gallery hanging system making it perfect for exhibitions.

The Upper and Lower Halls at St Andrew's, our sister church 5 minutes' walk from St John's, feature double height ceilings and wooden flooring. They are both fully accessible and include a piano and speakers to connect to audio devices, as well as access to kitchen facilities,

St John's is right next to Waterloo Station and has a beautiful churchyard garden. It also has an atmospheric crypt, perfect as a film location. Our sister church St Andrew's is a modern building, a stone's throw from the Young Vic theatre, cafes and shops.
