Space description

Located on the top story of Bridge 5 Mill, the Silk Loft's high oak beamed ceiling, exposed red brick walls and wooden floors combine to create a wonderfully warm and inviting environment. With a standing capacity of 100, and 80 in cabaret set up, the Silk Loft is guaranteed to provide a beautiful backdrop and atmosphere for conferences, training workshops, staff away days, networking sessions, film nights and corporate events.

Bridge 5 Mill - Centre for Sustainable Living is based in Ancoats, just outside Manchester City Centre. Our quirky & rustic, renovated mill is home to unique meeting, conference, & event spaces. The mill was refurbished sustainably, with lots of recycled wood and is managed with sustainability in mind.

The mill is owned by an environmental charity and is a vegetarian building. We are happy to work with you to ensure not only that your event runs smoothly and is as sustainable as possible, but that it is enjoyable for guests and to your budget.
